The Wild Irish Foragers is a family-run artisan business rooted in the landscapes of Ireland, dedicated to creating handcrafted products from wild, natural ingredients. Inspired by tradition and guided by the rhythms of nature, we capture the unique flavours of the Irish countryside through sustainable foraging and small-batch production.

Every ingredient is carefully hand-harvested from the land, with foraging led by Gordon and production carried out in small batches by Sharon. As a family-run Irish artisan food producer, we take pride in preserving traditional methods while creating exceptional products that reflect the natural flavours of Ireland.
Our mission is simple: to honour the land, preserve Ireland’s foraging traditions, and create award-winning artisan preserves that connect people to nature and heritage.

Irish Artisan Preserves from Field to Shelf
Our journey began in 2008 during a simple family blackberry-picking walk, when we realised that traditional foraging knowledge was no longer being passed down as it once had been.
Determined to reconnect with Ireland’s forgotten food heritage, we began rediscovering old recipes and traditional methods using wild Irish ingredients such as rosehips, elderberries, and elderflowers.
What started as a personal passion quickly grew into something more. In 2013, we founded Wild Irish Foragers to share the unique flavours of Ireland’s hedgerows and countryside with others.
Looking to the Future
We continue to grow Wild Irish Foragers while remaining rooted in the same land and values that inspired us from the beginning. Our vision for the future includes welcoming visitors to our farm to share the knowledge, traditions, and experience of Irish foraging firsthand.
